Singer Songwriter/ Rapper /Founder and CEO of @sheechoescic a women-and-girls-led organisation creating safe, empowering spaces for girls and young women to grow, build confidence and discover their potential. Through She Echoes, I develop and deliver programmes combining music and creative expression, mentoring, wellbeing, fitness, practical life skills and personal development. A big part of our work is also about prevention — giving girls access to trusted female role models, positive opportunities and spaces where they feel heard, supported and understood. I work closely with community organisations, youth services and specialist delivery partners to create programmes that respond to what young women actually need, rather than simply deciding for them. Our age groups for this cohort is 11-19 yr old females that are at risk or have entered YJS services. We are building a team that can help us scale up as we will be joining ACN as key delivery partners for Southwark and Lewisham to roll out the My Ends initiative in conjunction with the VRU (Violence Reduction Unit). Currently looking for : *videographers / photographers *brands for sponsor collaborations *Female Volunteers that are passionate about creating change in their communities and want work experience in the youth sector
