Love this post, his Diary of a CEO is amazing. I'm Michelle Kelly BACP Accredited Therapist, Clinical supervisor and founder of A Father's Child Services CIC, lived experience practitioner. I specialise in Mental health support, training and develop CPD Accredited products. Dual skills are our USP, we support University placements, some colleges to ensure we show ethical practitioners the real word before they get jaded by the systems and structures. My consultancy I mainly develop products and guide around business governance and ethical practices, having lost people in these systems we also support others on those journeys that no one expects. On the journey to BACP Accredit our therapeutic services. ππ½βοΈ Connect

I run What Are Friends For, where I interview people who arenβt necessarily in the social-media spotlight but are successful in their own fields, from childcare and writing to creative careers and grant-funded projects. The idea is to show that success looks different for everyone and that different paths can still lead somewhere meaningful. Alongside that, Iβm also developing my own ready-to-drink cocktail brand. @whatarefriendsfour @whatarefriendsfour
