Absolutely love this post! ❤️ My name is Andrea, and I’m a Parenting Consultant, Educator and Founder of Empress First Flow. I have delivered my own parenting courses and neurodiversity awareness training, and I’m passionate about guiding and empowering children and families through life’s milestones. Through Empress First Flow, I’ve created a first-period survival kit for girls aged 8–13 helping parents prepare their daughters for this important milestone with practical personal-care essentials, education, confidence and self-love. I held my first workshop in Ghana last year, and I’m currently working on many more resources to support and educate girls and parents. I hope to continue collaborating and empowering families both in the UK and internationally.
