By day, I’m an educator (Arts & Design), Head of Year and middle leader, passionate about teacher development, coaching, mentoring and developing young people. I’m continuing to grow within educational leadership, with my sights set on becoming an Assistant Principal. Outside of education, I’m also an entrepreneur and creative: Dream Experience – Event décor, styling, entertainment, party hire equipment, videography, photobooth, 360 booth, photography & full event packages @dreamexperienceldn Dream Experience Weddings – Wedding planning, coordination, décor & styling @dreamexperienceweddingsuk Face Paints by Dream Experience – Face painting, arts/craft & creative event entertainment @facepaintsbydreamexperience And through my Ashleigh Willer platform @ashleigh_willer I share my journey across education, leadership, teacher development, entrepreneurship and everything in between.
