I’m a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (School Nurse) with experience across public health, health promotion, safeguarding, early intervention and supporting children, young people and families. 🩺✨ My skill set includes clinical assessment, health education, safeguarding, partnership working, leadership, service development and working collaboratively with schools, families and multidisciplinary teams. I’m passionate about improving health outcomes for children and young people, empowering families and creating opportunities to make a real difference within communities.

I run What Are Friends For, where I interview people who aren’t necessarily in the social-media spotlight but are successful in their own fields, from childcare and writing to creative careers and grant-funded projects. The idea is to show that success looks different for everyone and that different paths can still lead somewhere meaningful.
