Hey 👋🏽 I’m Charlotte. I’m a strategist, problem solver, global speaker, published writer and the founder and creator of @the_mosaiqs , an independent organisation and framework ecosystem for understanding how the different influences around us interact to shape patterns, problems and outcomes. A lot of what I do comes down to seeing what others might be missing. I’m often brought into conversations when something needs untangling, strengthening, rethinking or fixing. That can mean business strategy, culture, inclusion, social impact, community, brand, systems, or finding a practical way forward when the problem doesn’t fit neatly into one box. I’ve worked across grassroots communities through to boardrooms, with senior leaders, C-suite, policymakers and politicians, and I speak globally on the issues and ideas I care about. I’m also regularly called on for my perspective, whether that’s advising behind the scenes, contributing to wider conversations, or challenging the way something has always been done. I build communities, develop ideas and frameworks, write, speak, advise, create and occasionally appear as a model in front of a camera or walking runways too 😂 Basically, I have never been particularly good at staying in one lane. I love connecting with people doing interesting, meaningful things, especially the thinkers, builders, creators, problem solvers and people trying to make things better.
