I’m a footballer who started a movement to get more male athletes into Pilates and documented this journey. As a result I’ve become a certified Pilates instructor and now teach classes and run my own events I also created a grip socks company called Rise Against Odds,(@riseagainstodds ) and we run events every weekend where I teach Male only classes as well as Mixed gender classes.
