I support successful women who lead across their careers, families and communities, but often find themselves carrying more than one person should have to. Through speaking, mentoring and transformational frameworks, I help women create the space to think, lead and make decisions with greater clarity, confidence and calm, so they can create success that feels as good as it looks. Alongside Diamant Femme, I’m a senior legal leader with more than 30 years’ experience. I currently work as an Assistant Head of Legal Services leading a team of lawyers and navigating complex people, leadership and organisational challenges. I’m passionate about changing the way we think about leadership, particularly for women, because I believe leadership doesn’t begin and end in the boardroom. We lead in our careers, our families, our communities and, perhaps most importantly, ourselves.
