My Name is Andre Duffus and I run an organisation Called EMP MAX Academy (Empowering People to Maximise Lives) so run different courses around mental health and employment to help individuals back into work . I Run a coach ling program for men helping to inspire them back to there original place!!! I run What Are Friends For, where I interview people who aren’t necessarily in the social-media spotlight but are successful in their own fields, from childcare and writing to creative careers and grant-funded projects. The idea is to show that success looks different for everyone and that different paths can still lead somewhere meaningful.
