Hey, I’m Floella ✨ I’m a London-based Creative Director & Image Architect, and Founder of Dìnîzía (@diniziamanagement & @diniziaofficial). I build, shape and design the image of people & brands through creative direction, image-making, fashion, campaigns, editorials, experiences, talent, art direction, creative concepts and visual storytelling. I’m a very multidisciplinary creative with 11+ years in graphic design, and 10 years in fashion design, alongside garment construction, drawing, styling, visual research, branding, creative strategy and basically anything that allows my hands & mind to work together! 😂 I’m also deeply interested in technology — particularly AI, robotics, gaming & XR — and have wanted to bring more of that into my creative practice for years. I’d love to connect with people in that space who are experimenting, building and creating, and explore what we could make together. I’m ultimately looking to build a community of brilliant, like-minded people across fashion, art, film, design, tech & beyond who genuinely love their craft and want to create something exciting. My bigger vision is to grow Dìnîzía into a leading creative agency and a home for image architecture, while championing representation, diversity & inclusion.
