We personalise each hire to suit the occasion, including creating personalised tops for each event. Something that was really important to me when starting the business was making sure we’re actually there for our customers. We provide on-site support, so whether there’s an issue with the equipment, too many children on the bouncy castle, or you just need an extra pair of hands, there’s someone there to sort it. As a parent myself, I know you don’t want to spend the whole party worrying about what’s going on or fixing problems.
