📌In Time Coaching I’m passionate about helping people explore what happens when we become really good at adapting to everyone else — and, somewhere along the way, lose touch with ourselves. My work is about the journey from people-pleasing and self-abandonment towards self-trust, agency, boundaries and becoming more fully yourself. My background spans schools and pastoral work, adult education, facilitation, workshop delivery and coaching, and I’m increasingly bringing this experience into mental health, peer support, wellbeing and community. For me, it’s all connected: I’m fascinated by the process of becoming yourself after years of adaptation, and creating spaces where people can feel genuinely seen, heard and supported along the way❤️

I run What Are Friends For, where I interview people who aren’t necessarily in the social-media spotlight but are successful in their own fields, from childcare and writing to creative careers and grant-funded projects. The idea is to show that success looks different for everyone and that different paths can still lead somewhere meaningful. Alongside that, I’m also developing my own ready-to-drink cocktail brand. @whatarefriendsfour @whatarefriendsfour
