Hi, I’m Jena, nice to meet you. I’m passionate about empowering young people, particularly those who are deemed as having behaviour that challenges, when actually, they are often misunderstood and have neurodiverse needs (ADHD, Autism, DCD etc). I support these young people to recognise their strengths, reach their full potential and navigate the world around them. I empower/coach young people to understand and manage their neurodiverse needs, develop practical tools and build the confidence to believe in their own greatness. With a wealth of experience, including being Social Work trained, an ADHD Coach, and having Level 2 Counselling and CBT skills, I also support parents to better understand and advocate for their children, whether within education or the family home. I’m always open to connecting and networking with like-minded people who want to inspire, empower and help young people aspire to their greatness. 🩷💛💜 @officialgiggs, you know we need to connect…. I run What Are Friends For, where I interview people who aren’t necessarily in the social-media spotlight but are successful in their own fields, from childcare and writing to creative careers and grant-funded projects. The idea is to show that success looks different for everyone and that different paths can still lead somewhere meaningful.
