Hi everyone 👋🏾 I’m Monique, a qualified Social Worker, safeguarding professional and youth work practitioner based in London. My background spans children and families, education, mental health, youth work and community-based projects, and I’m particularly passionate about creating safe spaces and opportunities for children and young people to thrive. Outside of my professional work, I’m also a content creator focusing on hair, wellness and lifestyle, and I’m currently building A Mama’s Circle @amamascircle , a community centred around motherhood, connection and creating supportive spaces for mums. I’m also developing Journey into Social Work @journeyintosocialwork , where I share insight into the profession, career journeys and the realities of working within social care. I’d love to connect with people across safeguarding, youth services, education, wellbeing, motherhood, community building, content creation, events and social impact — whether that leads to collaborations, new opportunities, shared ideas or simply expanding our networks. 🤎
