I’m Georgie, Children’s occupational therapist- just set up an independent sensory gym in Leek, Staffordshire. I have no idea how to progress and invest - currently self funding it all. It’s a space for children who are neurodivergent or might have motor difficulties - basically a space for kiddos to come and explore and expand their skills, confidence & to support families. I run What Are Friends For, where I interview people who aren’t necessarily in the social-media spotlight but are successful in their own fields, from childcare and writing to creative careers and grant-funded projects. The idea is to show that success looks different for everyone and that different paths can still lead somewhere meaningful.
