Hey everyone 👋🏾 I’m a specialised msk physiotherapist that works with newborns right up to adult age. I specialise in education particularly in ethnic minorities but not limited to this. I cover sports rehab, child development and other conditions. I also teach Pilates with a very simple goal: to teach people how to move better and feel better within the bodies they have been blessed with. Based in Canary Wharf and also mobile.
