Hey all 👋🏾 I’m an Assistant Principal in London with 15+ years in education, specialising in Early Years. Alongside school leadership, I’ve done consultancy work supporting nurseries and schools with improvement, Ofsted preparation, curriculum and practice. I’m currently pursuing a Masters focused on childhood and children’s rights, and would love to connect with NGOs, charities and community organisations doing grassroots work to improve children’s lives and experiences, both in the UK and internationally 🤝🏾

I run What Are Friends For, where I interview people who aren’t necessarily in the social-media spotlight but are successful in their own fields, from childcare and writing to creative careers and grant-funded projects. The idea is to show that success looks different for everyone and that different paths can still lead somewhere meaningful.
