I’m the founder of @blackspotlightagency , where I connect production companies, broadcasters and brands with authentic talent, contributors and stories, particularly from communities that can be harder to reach through traditional casting routes. I also share my journey as a founder, my experiences working across the TV and creative industries, and the people, projects and conversations I come across along the way. I’m always keen to connect with other creatives, producers, brands and people working across the industry!
