I’m building Nal’s Bakery around my professionally trained chef background, Caribbean/Afro heritage and genuine passion for baking. My vision is to create a warm, welcoming and inclusive space where people can enjoy beautifully made sweet and savoury food, created with skill, creativity and care. But I don’t want Nal’s Bakery to be just a standard bakery. My dream is to build a brand that also caters for film sets, music videos, fashion shows, creative productions, corporate events and exciting industry spaces where food becomes part of the experience. Alongside the bakery, I provide corporate and event catering, cakes and bespoke baked goods, and I’m always looking to connect with people and companies who may need something a little more special.
