Hi everyone, my name is Margaret, I am the founder of @natures_cycle, I am fertility coach and menstrual health educator dedicated to helping women better understand their bodies, cycles and reproductive health. I am a qualified teacher and trained as a Nurse. I have a passion for bridging the gap between the information women are given and the information we actually need. My website is naturescycle.co.uk Through, I support women navigating fertility, trying to conceive, menstrual health and preconception wellbeing, taking a holistic approach that looks beyond simply “getting pregnant” and considers the whole woman. My work also extends into schools and education, where I deliver menstrual health and reproductive health workshops designed to improve menstrual health literacy, which challenges stigma and gives young people accurate, age-appropriate information about their bodies.

I run What Are Friends For, where I interview people who aren’t necessarily in the social-media spotlight but are successful in their own fields, from childcare and writing to creative careers and grant-funded projects. The idea is to show that success looks different for everyone and that different paths can still lead somewhere meaningful. Alongside that, I’m also developing my own ready-to-drink cocktail brand. @whatarefriendsfour @whatarefriendsfour
