With over 13 years’ experience supporting SEMH students, I have developed strong expertise in behaviour management, safeguarding and emotional wellbeing. I’m passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning and reach their potential. I would love to share my knowledge and experience with schools in Jamaica, supporting staff to develop effective SEMH and behaviour strategies.
