Hiya! I’m Nyingi, a Senior Clinical Psychologist working with women who have experienced emotional difficulties and/or moderate to severe mental health difficulties in the context of Perinatal Loss and Birth Trauma. I am currently working within the NHS, and I am about to start working with women privately. I am truly passionate about supporting those navigating loss and traumatic experiences, and walking alongside them on the journey of healing and recovery - whatever that might look like for you! Want to start therapy but feeling unsure? Feel free to DM me if you have any questions; I’d be happy to connect and explore how we can work together ✨

I run What Are Friends For, where I interview people who aren’t necessarily in the social-media spotlight but are successful in their own fields, from childcare and writing to creative careers and grant-funded projects. The idea is to show that success looks different for everyone and that different paths can still lead somewhere meaningful. Alongside that, I’m also developing my own ready-to-drink cocktail brand. @whatarefriendsfour @whatarefriendsfour
