Hey guys, We run Only Notts CIC, a trauma-informed music studio in Nottingham supporting young people in care. We use music, freestyling, writing and recording to help young people express themselves, build confidence and feel heard, while creating bespoke programmes with care homes and alternative provisions. We also provide a pathway into longer-term free studio support and private preventative therapy through our fully funded programme.
