Hello everyone, my name is Cassandra, and I’m a co-owner of Opulence Loft Salon, based in Sheffield. At Opulence Loft, we believe that hair is so much more than hair. For some people, stepping into a salon can bring feelings of anxiety, fear or uncertainty. For others, their relationship with their hair may have been shaped by difficult experiences, changes in life, or simply not feeling understood or seen. Over the years, we’ve noticed just how many people are navigating huge transitions in their lives. From menopause and changes in confidence, to mental wellbeing, societal pressures, identity and everything in between. And sometimes, those changes can show up in the way we feel about our hair. That’s why we created Opulence Loft. We wanted to create more than just a salon. We wanted to create a safe, welcoming space where you can come as you are, feel heard, feel understood and never feel judged. Whether you have straight, curly, coily or textured hair, whether you’re experiencing hair loss, growing your confidence back, discovering your hair again or simply looking for somewhere you can finally feel comfortable. There is a place for you here. Because we believe your hair journey deserves patience, understanding and care. And sometimes, a visit to the salon isn’t just about changing your hair.
