Hey I’m Lana founder and CEO of prep your soul. A healthy Caribbean inspired meal prep company. Since launching the business 4 years ago I have built a huge customer base across the country. I have 4 gym locations across Yorkshire and Cheshire, where I have my own branded fridges stocked with my meals. In two of these locations I also have wellness cafes selling things from protein porridges to jerk chicken toasties. All of our food is 💯 halal and our aim is to eventually make healthy Caribbean food accessible to everyone by hitting gyms uk wide and one day retail :)
