I’m Richard McIntyre, a Gas Safe registered heating engineer, business owner and founder of LivePro. For years I’ve worked directly in the plumbing and heating industry through PlumbGas365, helping homeowners, landlords and businesses with boiler repairs, installations, heating and plumbing services. That frontline experience is also what led me to build LivePro. LivePro is being developed to create a stronger, more connected trades ecosystem, bringing together verified tradespeople, customers, manufacturers, training providers and the wider industry in a way that improves trust, visibility, opportunity and access to reliable professionals. The goal is bigger than simply building another platform. I want to help strengthen the trades industry, improve the experience for customers and create better opportunities for the people working within it. I’m always interested in connecting with tradespeople, business owners, manufacturers, training organisations, property professionals, technology companies, investors and anyone working on something that could positively impact the industry.
