Hey everyone I’m Shequel a person-centred therapist, entrepreneur and mental health advocate passionate about creating spaces where people feel heard, understood and empowered. Alongside my private practice, Saints’ Thoughts, I’m also the founder of The Mummy Hub Organisation a residential parenting assessment centre. I also create journals both physical and e-books based on healing and working on the “self”. These are available online via my website (link in bio). I’m currently accepting new therapy clients and I’m always open to collaborations, networking and meaningful partnerships with people and organisations who share my vision. My bigger mission? To help create more safe, accessible and culturally aware spaces for mental and emotional wellbeing within ethnic minority communities for both men and women. If you’re doing meaningful work in this space, let’s connect, collaborate and create something impactful. 🤎

Holistic therapist | Ex-registered Nurse | Specialising in cleansing the body- emotionally and physically | Lymphatic massage | Handmade holistic products| Social media scares me 😢 | I have a lot to say but don’t say it | would love to share a story without being seen | Journalling my life to one day have it published in a book 🤭… said too much already 🏃🏾‍♀️💨

I run What Are Friends For, where I interview people who aren’t necessarily in the social-media spotlight but are successful in their own fields, from childcare and writing to creative careers and grant-funded projects. The idea is to show that success looks different for everyone and that different paths can still lead somewhere meaningful. Alongside that, I’m also developing my own ready-to-drink cocktail brand. @whatarefriendsfour @whatarefriendsfour
