Hey 👋I’m Tracy, based in London. Business Operations Manager. I help small and growing businesses get organised. Mostly that means building the systems and processes that let a business run without the owner holding everything in their head. SOPs, workflows, onboarding, rotas, supplier and client management. I’ve built out operations for a hair and beauty business and a care staffing agency, and I currently manage a team of 17 across in-house and remote. I also work with AI tools for content and video, so if you’re spending too much on production or struggling to post consistently, that’s something I can help with too.
