Hi, I’m Sherise, founder of Soul Deep Wellness 👋🏾 Through healing, storytelling and community, I support people to understand the ways they have learned to survive and discover what becomes possible when they no longer have to live from those places. Im a Writer, Poet, Wellbeing educator, Accredited Spiritual Counsellor, Group Facilitator, Reiki Master Teacher, Somatic Practitioner. My work takes many forms, from one-to-one healing pathways and Reiki to community circles, workshops and courses. I’m based in London and work online and in person. I’d love to connect with fellow healers, facilitators, community builders and anyone creating work rooted in care, truth and liberation 🤎
