👋🏾 I’m Efia, Chronic Women’s Health Advocate and Author of Mummy, Endo and Me @mummyendoandme I am building a community of mothers navigating motherhood with Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, PMOS, Fibroids etc. The book I have co-authored with my daughter provides parents the gentle language that they need to explain these conditions to their children. I am looking to connect with anyone in the motherhood and women’s health space.
