Hi, I’m Neema. I work with women around strength and menopause, but a big part of where I’m heading now is taking that work into organisations. I want to help workplaces go beyond the one-off menopause webinar or awareness session and actually look at what happens afterwards. What changes? What support is put in place? Do women genuinely feel the difference? Outside of that, you’ll usually find me with a pair of dumbbells in my hands, helping women get stronger for now and for the years ahead. Would genuinely love to connect with people here, especially anyone who thinks our worlds might cross.
