I own a company called @futurechampsedventure . We deliver high-quality sports coaching and physical activity programmes for children and young people. Our work includes PE provision in schools, after-school clubs, holiday camps, weekend activities, community programmes and sporting events. We provide skilled, vetted coaches while maintaining high standards in safeguarding, staff development and programme delivery. Our aim is to make sport engaging, inclusive and accessible, helping young people develop confidence, discipline, teamwork and healthy habits. We’re currently looking to partner with more schools across London and Essex to increase participation in sport and give more young people access to positive physical activity. Alongside Future Champs Edventure, I run TSM Fitness. I have been a qualified personal trainer since the age of 17 and currently coach more than 30 active clients through online coaching and in-person personal training. I support clients with fat loss, muscle building, improved fitness and sustainable lifestyle changes.
