Hey everyone. I’m Shae. Founder, creative consultant, author, speaker and community builder. I’m the founder of @curateyourgenius, home to CYG Academy and @cyggoldconsultancy. At the heart of everything we do is the belief that everyone has a little bit of genius in them. Sometimes they just need the right space, tools and people to help them uncover it. Through CYG Academy, we create programmes and spaces that help people explore identity, purpose, creativity, leadership, repowering them to make change. Through CYG Gold, I work with organisations and systems as a consultant and Learning Partner — currently including LocalMotion Enfield and London Sport — bringing together learning, research, evaluation, engagement, strategy and creative thinking to help people do things differently. We produce films, podcasts and amplify voices.
