Hey! My name is Joylen, I’m 10 years old, and I’m the CEO and founder of @jcfashionstar I started my business when I was just 7 years old because I wanted to use my creativity and love for fashion to celebrate my African heritage. JC Fashion Star is an Afrocentric and sustainable fashion brand creating clothes for boys, girls and premature babies. My designs celebrate African culture and heritage, including Adire indigo, the traditional Yoruba resist-dye textile art from Nigeria. Sustainability is at the heart of what I do. I use upcycling to transform materials such as PVC and cement bags that might otherwise be thrown away into fashionable bags and accessories. Through JC Fashion Star, I want to celebrate African culture, protect our planet and show other children that you’re never too young to have a big idea, start a business and make a difference.

We also run a CIC focused on teaching our community how to turn their skills and interests into an income stream. Check out our Afro hair club for girls ages 12 to 16 called Crown Club
Hey! I’m Dominique, a brand language consultant & serial entrepreneur from South London. A few years ago, I was simply a husband watching my wife struggle with PCOS, fibroids, irregular periods, painful & heavy periods, bloating, weight fluctuation, fatigue & tiredness. Told by Doctors she can never conceive. That journey would completely change our lives. Today, we have two kids - that same experience has led my wife and I to build @stellasupplement , a wellness brand supporting Black women navigating hormonal health, gut health and fertility. We started from our own story, and now we’re building something we hope will impact many far beyond our own family. 🙏🏾
Hey, I’m Kissy. I’m a mama, dancer, and dance teacher. I’m the proud owner of @inherzoneheels where I teach women how to let go, come home to themselves and tap into their power, self-confidence and.. zone through movement ✨ I care so much about cultivating a safe and empowering space for women to just BE and show up as their raw, authentic best self no matter what they’ve gone through. If you read this comment and it resonates, hmu 💜 x
