I’m passionate about empowering young people, particularly those who are deemed as having behaviour that challenges, when actually, they are often misunderstood and have neurodiverse needs (ADHD, Autism, DCD etc). I support these young people to recognise their strengths, reach their full potential and navigate the world around them. I empower/coach young people to understand and manage their neurodiverse needs, develop practical tools and build the confidence to believe in their own greatness. With a wealth of experience, including being Social Work trained, an ADHD Coach, and having Level 2 Counselling and CBT skills, I also support parents to better understand and advocate for their children, whether within education or the family home.
