Hey everyone! I’m Alesha, a multidisciplinary artist, ceramicist, sculptor, actress, educator and researcher. I recently graduated from the @royalcollegeofart with an MA in Ceramics & Glass, and also hold an MA in Arts & Learning from @goldsmithsuol . I work across ceramics, sculpture, film and other materials, exploring themes around Black British culture, identity, diaspora, ancestry and belonging. I’m also an Actress and have worked professionally for 15 years across television, film and theatre, including projects for Amazon Prime, Sky and Netflix, as well as theatre shows at Hackney Empire, Arcola Theatre and the Roundhouse. In 2023 I founded @mudsoulpottery, where I host pottery events bringing together clay, music & culture.
